Cebu Pacific (CEB), claiming to be the low fare leader in the Philippines, has no ticketing office locator in their website. It looks like the airline that urges it’s time every Juan flies have forgotten to do so. That is a clear loss in site traffic and potential ticket buyers. Is it because they are concentrating on cooking up new domestic seat sales for everyone to enjoy? I hope so.   5. CEBU PACIFIC AIRLINES SANTA CLERKS HAS THE ROTTEN SHIT SERVICES IN THE WORLD? UNFRIENDLY MONSTERS EMPLOYEES? DECEMBER 2009 FLIGHTS!

    I was one of the victims of the above captioned airline services. I got a bad Holiday experienced with Cebu Pacific flights Services, A huge of people on Vacation Last December 2009, My flight was 10:00 AM bound for Cotabato, I arrived at the airport before 8:00 AM & already in line outside, There are only two lane for two X-Ray Machines located at the entrance of the building Terminal 3 Manila Philippines, I cant get in due to volume of people in the lines & nobody is announcing to inform or give priority to enter for those who have earlier flights, they must give considerations for earlier flights to get in at the entrance to avoid staying an hours at the outside following the rows of lines. I talked around five or more persons with different destinations & the same problems encountered, we waited long to come in to the building & when we reached inside the Check in area they forfeited our ticket (no refundable) for they said we were late. I was in at 9:28 Am & when I handed to the Check in clerk in the counter to ask for some assistance to do something, they quite very slow to give an answer… Its 13 minutes to consider to check in & just a meter away from the entrance to check in & another line to follow. So three lines before the check in counter. I was weeping like a pity child they just pretty ignored such things & the SANTA CLERKS felt just nothing happens. This employee who are wearing Santa Claus hat didn’t entertain well except saying “your ticket has been forfeited we can’t do nothing! A guy wearing Santa Claus hat at the counter put aside my ticket & entertains someone. I just don’t know why they accepted a huge of passengers and the fact they can’t afford to accommodate all, on the other hand I was forced to buy a ticket bound for Davao 3 times higher than the regular price. I have known too that they are over charging the excess luggage. We wanted to call the attention of the Media but not my luck my phone was dropped & my other cp was lowbat. & the time is too short the next flight will be 11:00 AM via Davao. I got only 10 days vacation for my Angels & now I’m back to office here Abroad & could sit to talk about the Tragedy in Cebu Pacific Services…I was so upset & got a trauma I felt sick, even in my dreams I felt I was left by the Plane. If there are crews or attendant outside to remind about the cancellation of our tickets & to the people concern at the entrance side, to the outside lines this things might not happen, blames for the poor services of Cebu Pacific crew their negligence especially those who are assigned in the X ray machines including the guard & one lady guard who told me “you are not late fix your wine inside your luggage” … Stop your rotten style CEBU PACIFIC AIRLINES SANTA CLERKS unfriendly Monster Santa. Not even the Lady Manager could give a good answer….I just don’t know if the Management were alarmed of this kind of treat towards their customer, it might happen again & don’t want to repeat the same story. If they knew the meaning of Christmas they must be wearing Santa Claus attire with warm welcome to clients but then their hearts are so rotten! …I was stranded many times in Cebu Pacific not an hour but 2 to three hours more; it’s a matter of minutes…. I guess they sold my ticket ….its only money matter & its nothing for me my concern is how can you Improve your Services & treat towards your clients especially to OFW. I really don’t recommend Cebu Pacific for airway, if anyone goes for vacation during December because they took advantage. I can rank them the lowest score of services. I could post proofs in the You tube or in blogs as a proof that this was real happened Cebu Pacific Services, I don’t want this things would happen again in the near future May we please call the attention of Mayor Duterte of Davao City, Governor Pinol of Cotabato please help us poor people paying such expensive ticket in this Airlines but we are not satisfied with their services. If these things wont be solve then I can say CEBU PACIFIC AIRLINES SANTA CLERKS HAS THE ROTTEN SHIT SERVICES IN THE WORLD? & with UNFRIENDLY MONSTERS EMPLOYEES! Are you happy to read this lines? Of course no one would ever want but nobody wants to pay another plane ticket for nothing because not all could afford to have it. I was so lucky because I am OFW worker & got a little dollar on my pocket! What if it will happen to your love ones who had just enough money to travel…As an OFW no one could pay me a millions of dollars in replace for my 10 days vacations with my two beautiful Angels, not even Cebu Pacific could pay how I valued to be with my family. I hope those whom I talked ( CEBU PACIFIC EMPLOYEES LAST DEC 2009) would feel too how much important to be with longing kids for long years haven’t seen…be knowledgeable the real meaning of Christmas! before wearing Santa Claus Attire please don’t make Santa Claus as a funny outside attraction!     I have book a flight from Manila to Singapore for my sister in the philippines. I have use my POSB debit master card on booking online.. I booked it succesfully. The website have give me a confimation number and i can even print the itenerary receipt.. It also show that the booking is confirm.. My question is why my POSB account never deduct the fee from my account.. Is it normal, 1 day have been left but still they never deduct.. I just want to know if its normal, or maybe i do it in a wrong way.. i am new in using debit card.. Please anyone there give some advice. I am so worried that my sister cannot come here on time.. Is there anyway i can further check..

  17. i am one of the victims of cebu pacific poor service… why don’t you have a toll free international hotline? it cost us a lot contacting you. it’s been 4 months now i didn’t get my money back for a cancelled flight transaction. i book online amounting 23,363.52 pesos but then that same day i cancelled my transaction and they will let pay 4,032 pesos for cancellation. are you kidding me? but you know what’s worst? i have 19,096.32 travel fund and all the while i thought they will credit it back to my credit card but instead you have to use it with in 90 days and i was not informed. so now, the HSBC charging me a total 23,363.62 for cebu pacific tickets i wasn’t able to use… where is the justice here? and then they told me i cannot do something about it coz 90 days passed by…

    to Cebu Pacific Management: If you have a heart, pease do something about it.. i’m willing to pay the charges of 4,032 pesos but please refund me my 19,096.32 pesos.. it’s a big amount for me… please be considerate…

  18. i called today on your office in manila about my cancelled booking last year. i want to make a schedule on the second week of november but the person i talked told me that it cant be use anymore,perhaps it will be refund by the person whom coordinated on my booking , but the problem is ….i have no longer connected to the person who made my past booking,like what im telling,im not refunding my money,i just want to have a new booking , besides,the time i cancelled last year ,somebody on your office told me that i can use my cancelled ticket anytime or even any year,thats it …….i hope your office be so considirate

  19. There are lots and lots of complaints with regards to Cebu Pacific Air and how they render their services.
    Mine was just minimal.

    Hereis the scenario.
    I was the 30th in line sa check in counter, I waited patiently.
    Most of the passenger are Koreans and Europeans bound to Catiklan- going to be Boracay.
    Its was finaly my turn when the attending staff of the airline asked me a favor I could not refuse.
    “Ma’am, would it be ok kong uunahin ko po sila kasi they will be late for the flight na?”
    And I said “yes, ok lang”
    A group of not less than 8 Koreans is behind me.
    I have not single minute of sleep for the last 48 hours and just standing in line can drain whatever energy I have.I was expecting that my ordeal would end soon, all I need was to check in my baggage and get my boarding pass, have a coffee while waiting for my flight and get some catnap.
    Whoa, with out even asking me, the check in counter staff signaled for the group of Koreans behind me for their turn!! I wanted to say something but they’re too busy and I am too tired to even speak. A group of 8 turned out to be 20 ( some members of the group just appeared from nowhere???) and so it lasted more than what I expected. The staff just looked at me once pleading for my understanding. We Pinoy can be VERY PATIENT AND HOSPITABLE. My adrenalin is pumping, I wanted to make a scene at lash out to the staff. Patience, patience patience. And another couple with 2 kids were accomodated. Pasensya pa rin.

    Finaly, I was the last one waiting. It took just 3 minutes to check in my baggage and get my boarding pass.

    “Sorry po talaga Ma’am, they are almost late na kasi”, she cant even look in my eyes.

    And so I used up what little energy I have. “MISS, IM TOO TIRED TO ARGUE. BUT I LEFT MAKATI EARLY SO I WONT BE LATE. NOW, I DONT THINK ANY KOREAN AIRLINE WOULD DO THE SAME FOR US FILIPINO WHEN WE ARE ABOUT TO BE LATE FOR THE FLIGHT. OR EVEN YOUR AIRLINE. KONG MA LATE AKO, SASABIHIN MO NALANG, MA’AM SORRY LATE PO KYO. DOON NALANG KYO SA NEXT FLIGHT NA AVAILABLE.”

  28. Cebu Pacific has the worst service in the Philippine Airline History. Their planes are always late and their call center agents, crews are not properly trained in customer service or in deescalating angry customers. I just had a bad experience with them today.

    I’m bound for Bangkok, Thailand from Clark Air Base and I’m supposed to return after a few days to the same airport. Greedy Cebu Pacific Air oversold their seats and transferred my flight back to Manila. I live near Clark that’s why I booked on that location. They told me that either I accept that route or they can just cancel my entire flight and give me a refund. I guess this is their CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 course. This just tells you how unprofessional Cebu Pacific Staffs are.

    Dear Filipinos or Foreign Tourist, there are other low cost airlines available so do not book your flights in Cebu Pacific air so you don’t get these bad experiences. I wanted to email them and the customer service people claims that they do not know the emails of their management. Cebu Pacific air just have very bad service. Once they take your money, they don’t even care about you.

    Don’t even believe that they are always on time, because they are not. They are always late. Get this, Cebu Pacific air sponsored a contest before for bloggers to write something positive on Cebu Pacific air so they can bury the negative comments about them. So We the consumers will not see them…I encourage all customers who had bad experiences with Cebu Pacific to post your experiences in different blogs so people will know about it. Link them to other websites and put a title on your blog that says “CEBU PACIFIC AIR BAD SERVICE’ Let us warn all the consumers so they don’t have this kind of experiences.

We went to Caticlan last October 24, and we encountered 3 problems with cebu pacific, first is our flight was delayed for two hours second there is no aircondition in the plane but the first two was fine worst is when get to caticlan we were told that our luggage are not with us and it will just be delivered in our hotels within the day. They gave us a number to call but no one is answering it. We… arrived around 3pm and we waited for our luggage until morning the next day, We couldnt start our vacation because we’ve been waiting for our luggage and almost 10:30am our luggage was still not with us so i decided to take a boat again and go to cebu pac office i was told that the luggage was already in the island 6am so i insisted to have it delivered that day,if i did not went there i do not know what time it will be delivered in our hotel.I wonder what took them that long.It was a bad experience.
